From its humble beginnings, Sun City has grown to become one of Singapore’s leading cleaning service providers.
Sun City’s focus was on the cleaning done in a particular shopping mall, who was one of its first clients. Their goal was to increase productivity by 25% in order to cover any manpower shortfall or emergencies. With the use of data collection through a half day’s assessment of work done and coaching, areas for improvement were noted down and suggestions given to improve productivity in the work being done. The eventual result led to a 35% improvement in productivity.
